4.1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the SolucionesparaCasa.com website, operated by DAGU, S.A. (Tax ID A-19005750), with registered office at Crta. N-II Km. 50,6, Polígono Industrial Cabanillas del Campo, 19171 Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), Spain.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
4.2. Legal Capacity to Contract
To make purchases on SolucionesparaCasa.com, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all the information provided is accurate and complete.
4.3. Products and Prices
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight color variations due to device screen settings do not constitute a product defect.
Price Guarantee: If we detect a pricing error after you confirm your order, we will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund before shipment.
4.4. Purchase Process
The purchase process consists of the following steps:
Product Selection: Add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Shipping and Billing Information: Enter your personal information and delivery address.
Payment: Complete payment using one of the accepted methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bizum, bank transfer).

The sales contract is considered finalized upon receipt of the confirmation email. DAGU, S.A. reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4.5. Payment
All payments are processed through a secure, PCI DSS certified payment gateway. DAGU, S.A. does not store or have access to your complete card details. Your bank may request additional verification using 3D Secure.
Payment is charged at the time of ordering. If payment is not completed successfully, the order will be automatically canceled.
4.6. Shipping
Shipping conditions, zones, and costs are detailed in the Shipping and Payment section of our website, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and are not binding. DAGU, S.A. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
4.7. Returns and Warranty
Your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty are detailed in the Returns and Warranty section of the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
In summary: you have 30 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return. The standard return fee is €4.95 per order; for large appliances or bulky products, the collection fee is €14.95. The product must be complete, not misused, and include its accessories. Once received and inspected, the refund is made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days, deducting the return fee where applicable. New products have a 3-year legal warranty under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
4.8. User Accounts
You can create an account to expedite future purchases and access your order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.
4.9. Intellectual Property
All website content is protected by intellectual property laws as described in the Legal Notice. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without the prior written consent of DAGU, S.A.
4.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of DAGU, S.A. for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Spanish and EU law.
4.11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the Courts of Guadalajara, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations assign jurisdiction to the consumer’s place of residence.
