6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

6.1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without needing to give a reason.

6.2. Return Conditions
- The product must be complete, not misused, and in good condition.
- It must include all accessories, manuals, cables, filters, parts, and promotional gifts included in the box.
- Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that protects the product properly during transport.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
6.3. Return Shipping Cost

These exceptions do not limit the consumer’s statutory warranty rights where a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity exists.
