Delivery Areas, Delivery Times, and Accepted Payment Methods
5.1. Order Processing
Orders placed on SolucionesparaCasa.com are processed by DAGU, S.A. (Tax ID A-19005750). All orders are prepared at our facilities in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@solucionesparacasa.com.
5.2. Delivery Areas and Delivery Times
We currently ship to mainland Spain and selected European destinations. Delivery is made to street level at the address provided; carriers do not access upper floors without additional service.

Note: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national and local holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of shipment. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure do not entitle you to cancellation.
5.3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number to monitor your package in real time. All delivery status updates are sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
If the tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
5.4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS certified payment gateway. DAGU, S.A. does not store or have access to your complete card details.

Upon confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Your bank may request additional verification via 3D Secure (SMS code, in-app confirmation, etc.). If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled.
Having trouble with payment? Check: (1) your bank’s 3D Secure notification, (2) if your card has sufficient funds, (3) if your card supports online or international purchases. Contact your bank or write to us at info@solucionesparacasa.com.
5.5. Invoicing and VAT
The VAT invoice is automatically sent to your email upon order confirmation. All prices on the website include applicable Spanish VAT. If you require a company invoice with specific tax information, please contact us before placing your order.
5.6. Installation and Removal of Old Appliances
For large appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, etc.) we offer the following optional additional services:
- Basic Installation: connection and setup (price varies depending on the product).
- Removal of the old appliance: collection and recycling in accordance with Royal Decree 110/2015.
- Delivery to upper floors: home service for upper floors without a suitable elevator.
