How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check its status in the “My Orders” section of your account.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 calendar days from receiving the order. The product must be complete, not misused, and include its accessories. The standard return fee is €4.95 per order; for large appliances or bulky products, the collection fee is €14.95. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection. See the Returns and Warranty page for complete details.

Do you ship to all of Spain?
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Please check delivery areas, delivery times, and rates on the Shipping and Payment page.
Do the appliances have a warranty?
Yes. All new products have a 3-year legal warranty in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, in addition to the manufacturer’s commercial warranty where applicable.
Do you offer installation and removal of the old appliance?
Yes. For large appliances, we offer optional basic installation and removal of the old appliance with certified WEEE recycling. Please check the current rate when placing your order.
