6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

6.1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without needing to give a reason.

To start a return, contact DAGU, S.A. by email at info@solucionesparacasa.com or by phone at +34 612 345 678, stating your order number and the product you wish to return.

6.2. Return Conditions

• The product must be complete, not misused, and in good condition.
• It must include all accessories, manuals, cables, filters, parts, and promotional gifts included in the box.
• Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that protects the product properly during transport.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

6.3. Return Shipping Cost

• Standard returns: €4.95 per order.
• Large appliances or bulky products: €14.95 per order.
• Defective product, preparation error, or item different from the order: DAGU, S.A. will cover the collection cost once the issue has been verified.

The applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to DAGU, S.A.

6.4. Exceptions and Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for products that have been misused, installed or handled in a way that prevents resale as new, incomplete products, products damaged by the customer, personalized or made-to-order items, opened consumables, gift cards, activated software/licenses, or unsealed hygiene/personal-care products, except where there is a manufacturing defect.

These exceptions do not limit the consumer’s statutory warranty rights where a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity exists.

6.5. How to Return a Product

1. Request: email us at info@solucionesparacasa.com or call +34 612 345 678 with your order number.
2. Instructions: we will reply with shipping or collection instructions.
3. Preparation: pack the product securely and include all accessories.
4. Receipt and inspection: we will check the product condition after receiving it.

6.6. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refunded amount will include the product price and, where legally applicable, the standard initial shipping cost. The €4.95 or €14.95 return fee will be deducted where applicable.

6.7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another model, color, or size, you must request it within 30 calendar days. If the new product is more expensive, you will pay the difference; if it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded after the exchange is validated.

6.8. Legal Warranty

All new products have a 3-year legal warranty under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, impact, unauthorized handling, normal wear and tear, or inadequate maintenance.
